ADP PreSales had an annual internal event acknowledging and celebrating the partnership with Vivun - the creator of one of the AI tools ADP has been utilizing.  2026 was the third year of this partnership and my team thought, in addition to creating an opening video for the event, that this event also deserved some custom branding!
For this project, I was asked to incorporate several themes:
• Global  • Futuristic  • Digital / Technology  • Space [& space exploration]
• Musical Notes (songs created by PreSales teams using AI tool, Suno, for previously-announced contest will be played during intermissions)
I also made sure to use elements from both ADP and Vivun's branding at the time so the custom branding would be a cohesive blend to reflect the seamless partnership.

I started brainstorming by generating various images using Canva's AI tool, Magic Media, to create a visual mood board and spark inspiration for design elements.
From there, I created a custom logo in Procreate and also determined what the main colors would be for the event slides:

Once that step was complete, it was time to start putting together slide layouts.  Since it was still early in the planning process for the content of the event, I started with the basics such as the first slide, agenda slide, header slides, intermission slides, etc.

Once the even speakers began submitting their slide plans, I was able to expand the designs to more informational slide layouts.

Some speakers submitted slides that had formatting which I redesigned to fit our event branding and themes while also trying to keep the layout and information of each slide true to what was originally intended.
This project was a lot of fun for me because I felt like I could really dive into my creative skills in various ways - graphic design, visual design, branding, video editing, etc.
The event as a whole received very positive feedback!  Attendees really appreciated the way the custom branding changed things up from the norm and they especially enjoyed the opening video as well as the intermission songs that were created by PreSales teams.
If the chat was any indication, many associates found the event incredibly informative while also finding the content engaging and even entertaining!
This is one of the many reasons that I enjoy content creation and design so much...
I don't think it's a secret that presentations or conference calls can be seen as dull at times by the general attendee.  However -- if you design the content to be engaging, eye-catching, attention-grabbing, aesthetically pleasing and fun -- the experience can become truly memorable for the audience and turn something potentially mundane into a genuinely enjoyable time~
