Back in early 2022, my brother needed a logo created for his website, ViperRacingHistory.com:
At the time, I had only basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop - so this was a big learning experience for me.

I started with a reference photo that was provided to me. Vipers have a distinct silhouette that I wanted to make sure I got right.
For the text, I wanted to convey movement and speed - the logo will be used on a racing website, after all.
Next, I worked with my brother on adding a couple details to make the silhouette more specific to the Viper and - after some trial and error - we decided on a cutout for the window as well as adding the side "gill" shape that is a defining feature.
These features would be used for the main logo but I left these features out of the second more condensed logo that I created (for use in watermarking photos/videos and printing on apparel) where the text is inside the car silhouette.
I also created a slightly different version of the main logo that would be shown as a decal on the two edges of the windshield on one of the cars participating in the 2022 24 Hours of the Nürburgring:

After gaining experience in Adobe Illustrator, I revisited the design in March of 2023 to create cleaner vector image versions of each logo that wouldn't lose any resolution when increasing the image size:
**As noted above, these designs were specifically created for my brother (Shawn Romig) and are authorized for his use only.**
