As an Administrative Assistant at ADP [and later as Programs Coordinator starting in September of 2023], I completed many design-related tasks such as template creation, content design [and management], visual design, web design, user experience design, graphic design, video editing and post-production, etc.
These projects involved things like creating associate highlights and recognition, PowerPoint slide templates, communication such as emails and newsletters, informational videos, as well as the management and design for the content and setup of our internal web site.
All content was created for internal use only.  Some projects had me working within the ADP brand design themes while others had more freedom.

Designing to Recognize
Our team has various forms of associate recognition, including a quarterly package that I design and put together before uploading it to our internal website and preparing the communication.
Each year, I redesign the package to align with the new year's logo and design themes.  Below you can see a few examples of the front cover designs I've made throughout the years.

Here is a compilation of just some of the clips from the video content I created for projects:

Animations found in Canva
Graphics, logos & themes created using combination of Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
Green screen test was done in Adobe Premiere Pro

Creating a Logo for PreSales Integration Team
I was requested to create a logo for the PreSales Integration Team.  The team leader had a specific color theme in mind which I incorporated in the design.

Report Logo Creation & Power BI Report Redesign
One of my colleagues had been building a reporting dashboard within Microsoft Power BI but asked for my help in creating a logo as well as redesigning the pages and navigation to create a better user experience.
I created the logo using PowerPoint and followed a similar color theme we had been using on related projects:
As for the reporting dashboard, I had never worked within Power BI before so it was another "learn as I go" experience.
Since there would be various reporting stats on each page for 3 separate categories, I was asked to come up with a color theme that would differentiate the stats visually for each category.
You can see the comparisons below of the original formatting provided to me along with my updated designs:

Designing Templates to Highlight Birthdays & Service Anniversaries
From the beginning as an administrative assistant, I would send out highlights for associate birthdays and service anniversaries.  Eventually, I started to design my own templates to use which evolved over the years.
These templates were created with various images and graphics I found either through PowerPoint or through Google image search.
The designs started as slides highlighting people individually:
Then they evolved to highlight in groups:
Finally, when PreSales added associates from Canada to the team, I designed new templates to include the French translations of "Happy Birthday" and "Happy Service Anniversary" as requested:

PowerPoint Slides for Contest Announcements
Another new year project:  my colleague had chosen some images that were comic book themed that he wanted me to use and create slides intended to announce a new team contest for the coming fiscal year.
He provided the write-up for each slide and I needed to piece everything together and add animations to give it that fun comic book feel.

Here you can see a quick clip of the slide animations:
---
Months later when the contest had finished, I was also asked to help update the design for the slides that would be used to announce the winners for this contest.
Once again, I was provided with pictures and text to use for each slide.
There was also a transition used for the header text of each slide which I kept - but I added other animations to the slides as well.
For the winner slide, I thought it would be fun to add little fireworks graphics and have them pop up on screen.  The graphic was found in the stock images library within PowerPoint.

Here are examples of the completed slides with placeholder text and animations so you can get an idea of what the finished presentation looked like:
